All prices, availability, and promotional offers displayed on the Website are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed.
The Website serves as a promotional platform and does not facilitate direct online purchases or bookings. To purchase any travel package, cruise, flight, or other travel service displayed on the Website, You must contact Us directly by visiting Our office or by calling Us by phone. A booking is only confirmed once You have spoken with a member of Our team and completed the reservation process through Our office.
Prices displayed on the Website may not include taxes, fees, surcharges, or other additional costs that may apply to Your booking. Final pricing will be provided by Our team during the booking process. Promotional offers may be subject to blackout dates, limited availability, or other restrictions.
All travel bookings made through Our office require You to sign a separate Booking Agreement prior to submitting payment. The Booking Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions governing Your specific travel arrangements, including cancellation policies, payment schedules, and other important terms. By signing the Booking Agreement, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to its terms.
The terms contained in the Booking Agreement, together with these Terms and Conditions and Our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding Your travel arrangements.
Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the travel suppliers involved in Your booking, including airlines, cruise lines, hotels, and tour operators. Specific cancellation terms, refund eligibility, and any applicable fees will be outlined in Your Booking Agreement.
The Company does not guarantee refunds for cancelled travel arrangements. Refunds are subject to the policies of the third-party travel suppliers and may be partial or unavailable depending on the timing of cancellation and the supplier's terms. Any service fees charged by the Company may be non-refundable.
If a third-party supplier cancels or significantly modifies Your travel arrangements, the Company will assist You in obtaining any refunds or credits available under the supplier's policies, but the Company is not responsible for providing refunds beyond what is received from the supplier.
Payment terms, including required deposits, payment schedules, and final payment due dates, will be specified in Your Booking Agreement. Failure to make payments by the required due dates may result in cancellation of Your booking and forfeiture of any deposits or payments already made, subject to the terms of Your Booking Agreement and the policies of the applicable travel suppliers.
The Company accepts payment by methods specified at the time of booking. All payments are processed securely, and payment information is handled in accordance with Our Privacy Policy.
The Company strongly recommends that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances including trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and travel delays. Travel insurance options will be presented to You during the booking process.
If You decline to purchase travel insurance, You acknowledge that You do so at Your own risk and that the Company is not responsible for any losses, expenses, or damages that would have been covered by travel insurance. Your decision regarding travel insurance will be documented in Your Booking Agreement.
The Company acts as an intermediary between You and third-party travel suppliers including, but not limited to, airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, car rental companies, and other service providers. The Company does not own, operate, or control these third-party suppliers.
By booking travel through the Company, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the applicable third-party suppliers, including airline contracts of carriage, cruise line passenger tickets, hotel policies, and tour operator terms. These supplier terms govern important matters such as liability limitations, baggage policies, check-in requirements, and cancellation policies.
The Company is not liable for any acts, omissions, breaches, negligence, or defaults of any third-party travel supplier, or for any resulting injury, death, property damage, or other loss. Any claims arising from the services provided by third-party suppliers must be made directly against the applicable supplier.
Our Website features an artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot assistant designed to answer general questions about travel destinations, packages, and services offered by Bonilla Travel. This assistant is powered by a third-party AI language model and is provided for informational and convenience purposes only.
The information provided by the AI chatbot is general and informational in nature and may not reflect current pricing, availability, promotions, or travel requirements. All responses generated by the chatbot are subject to change without notice and are not binding on the Company in any way. You should not rely solely on chatbot responses when making travel decisions.
The AI chatbot does not constitute professional travel advice, legal advice, health or medical guidance, or any other form of expert consultation. Specific travel requirements — including visa regulations, vaccination requirements, entry restrictions, and customs rules — vary by destination and can change frequently. You are solely responsible for verifying all travel requirements with the appropriate authorities or a qualified travel professional before booking.
No travel booking, reservation, price quote, or contractual obligation is created through a conversation with the AI chatbot. All bookings must be confirmed directly with a Bonilla Travel agent. Any pricing, availability, or package details discussed through the chatbot must be verified and confirmed by Our team before they are considered valid.
The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from Your reliance on information provided by the AI chatbot, including but not limited to incorrect pricing, outdated travel requirements, or inaccurate destination information. Your use of the chatbot is entirely at Your own risk.
The chatbot is powered by a third-party artificial intelligence provider. By using the chatbot, You acknowledge that your conversation data may be transmitted to and processed by this third-party provider in accordance with their own terms of service and privacy policies. The Company does not control the AI model's outputs and is not responsible for any content generated by the third-party AI system.
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.
The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.
The Company is not liable for any changes to travel itineraries, cancellations, delays, or other disruptions caused by airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, or other third-party travel suppliers. The Company is not responsible for acts of God, weather events, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, civil unrest, or other circumstances beyond Our control that may affect Your travel plans.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that some of the above limitations may not apply. In these states, each party's liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice.
